Sadhu nail boards is a yogic device originated in India over 2,000 years ago. Our feet and palms have thousands of energy points and nerve endings linked to internal organs and all systems of the body. Standing on nail boards stimulates release of endorphins, increases blood and lymph circulation, initiating self-healing mechanism and eliminating pain. 
Beside physical recovery, nail boards are an excellent tool for the mind: training the brain to release emotional blockages and to respond to any stress with calm focus.

-20 min yoga to warmup the body
-10 min info and instructions about nail boards

-up to 15 min guided meditation on nail boards (in pair or solo)

The practice is not recommended for people with: epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, currently on period, wounds on feet.
