Yogi Hope - a yoga studio that provides a full range of yoga classes, workshops and retreats that nourish the body, mind and spirit. Specializing in classes for people of color offering Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga.

Also introducing “Baked” yoga, a cannabis infused yoga class that moves participants deeper into mediation and movement. Baked Yoga is a private in person class sponsored by Mama’s Flower Garden. 

Hope Farmby, 200 RYT and 500 YTT, is head instructor and owner. Her goal is to introduce black women to the self care practice of yoga in a welcoming and safe space.
