This space is approachable, forgiving, and more about exploring the shapes of your body rather than forcing your body into shapes. We let ourselves experience comfort and discomfort in the present, finding more courage to play and move freely as we are. This class is suitable for all levels, especially anyone who is new to yoga, has pain in their body, or is fearful of movement in any way.
