This is a calming Yin Yoga practice for all levels that will create space in the mind, body and heart through mindful muscle relaxation. The practice will close with LIVE Crystal Singing Bowls and each guest will be gifted a message from the Universe via a Tarot card that will later be read by Intuitive Shelly.
